Terms
- PraiseExpressions will advise the new member if their application has been accepted. PraiseExpressions has the right to reject an application.
- Along with your application, please send a copy of your product to us for review to:

- Products will be sold on a consignment basis.
- All members are expected to add the "PraiseExpressions" link to their personal website and e-mail signature.
- The “Set Up Fee” for new members will be $35.00. This is to set up the member’s web page, links and ministry of choice. It also covers set up of the first product.
- There will be an annual fee of $25.00 and also a re-evaluation of terms, products and prices. This fee is to help with the cost of the web site. The member will be asked to sign the terms agreement and Statement of Faith for the new year.
- The member will submit the product to be sold via the “Product Information Form”. There will be a “New Product Start Up Fee” of $15.00 for each new product. (Waived for the first product.) This is to include your product in our site store and set up the description, pictures and marketing.
- The Member will set the sale price for their product.
- When the product is sold, Praise Expressions will pay the member for the amount it was sold for, less 20% of the total retail sale price. Of the 20%, half will go towards the cost of the PraiseExpresions website and the other half will go towards the ministry of the member’s choice. (For example: If the product sold for $10.00, the member would receive $8.00, PraiseExpressions would receive $1.00 and the member’s choice ministry would receive $1.00).
- If shipping is involved, the member needs to send us a minimum of 10 of each item, to have on hand to ship and Praise Expressions will charge shipping and handling to the customer.
- Florida and Georgia sales tax will be charged the customer, if product is being sent to those states.
- Royalty payment checks will be mailed to the members on a monthly basis at the end of the month, along with a report of how many items were sold.
- If no items were sold, then an email will be sent to the member to inform.
